- Routine geotechnical investigations involve the drilling of boreholes with the in-situ testing and sampling campaign at the discrete locations. Such practice requires an approximate interpolation and extrapolation of the data acquired at the discrete locations, making the investigations uncertain/lesser reliable in most of the instances.
- GeoSync has introduced a combination of surface-borne Geophysical and Geotechnical investigation techniques to provide a comprehensive and highly reliable 2D and 3D subsurface cross-sections

Soil-Structure Interaction Modelling and Simulation
- GeoSync have introduced the most economical and technically viable solutions to the analysis and design of shallow and deep foundation systems using realistic soil-foundation-structure interaction simulation modeling. Soil-foundation-structure interaction modeling is successfully replacing the traditional foundation design using isolated superstructure modeling incorporating simplified geotechnical interface or vice versa.
- GeoSync has also adopted the innovative numerical techniques to assess/evaluate the Bearing Capacity of Shallow and Deep Foundation Systems and these have replaced the traditional empirical methods and techniques.
